Support Life Awareness
Maybe you are not here on this website to decide if you want to go to Life Awareness, but rather to find out if you can support the program. There are actually several ways you can support the efforts of the Vocation Committee and the Serra Club who put on the retreat.
Prayer
First and foremost, every Christian is called to pray for those discerning their vocation. Never underestimate the power of prayer in the lives of others. You can pray for the retreatants before the retreat, that those who need to come, actually come. You can pray for them during the retreat, that they hear and experience what God wants for them. You can pray for them after the retreat, that they may walk in the path of discernment God has designed for them. Our discerning brothers and sisters need powerful prayer support; be strong prayer warriors. If you want, email us and tell us you are praying for them: thecall@savocations.org.
Join the Serrans
Members of Serra Club International, or Serrans, "are dedicated to fostering and promoting vocations to the ministerial priesthood and vowed religious life." They are lay men and women who feel called to help others find their call. If this sounds like it could describe you, or if you have been feeling like you want to do more to help increase the number of priests, sisters, and brothers, then check out their website: http://www.serra-sa.org. Explore their ministry and pray about your involvement. The club would love to have you on board, and we hope you will consider being generous with your time and talents.
Lend your Financial Assistance
Although our resources are far from unlimited, we try and keep the cost of the retreat down. The $50 registration fee does not even cover the retreatants' lodging, but we do not want to deter people from coming because of the cost. The generosity of the Serrans in providing the meals helps tremendously, but we still have to find funding to stay solvent. If you feel called to support this wonderful retreat financially, please give us a call or email us and let us know how you can help. We cannot tell you how much your help is appreciated.

Our Lady of the Lake University
Registration is $50 and includes room, meals, and materials. Financial assistance is available; you will not be turned away because of cost. After registration you will receive a list of things to bring.
